Jarrah Honey
This organic Jarrah honey is sourced from the Jarrahdale Forest in West Australia. Jarrah trees only flower every second year for about two months.
TA stands for Total (Bio)Activity, a measure of the potency of the antimicrobial effects of this honey. TA 35+ is a very high rating. This honey has also been found to have very strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and prebiotic effects.
It is a dark tasting honey with a caramel aftertaste. As it is high in fructose and low in glucose, Jarrah honey will not crystallize.
